Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, an item must:

• be unworn and unused;
• be unwashed and unaltered;
• be free from stains, marks, perfume, makeup, odour or other signs of use;
• remain undamaged and in its original condition;
• have all original tags and labels attached;
• include all original packaging, accessories and accompanying materials, where applicable; and
• be returned in accordance with the instructions provided by Adorsoin.

For the protection of the quality and integrity of our creations, Adorsoin reserves the right to decline a return or exchange where an item does not meet the above conditions.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• personalised or customised pieces;
• garments altered at the client's request;
• items marked as Final Sale;
• items that have been worn, washed, used or damaged;
• items with removed, detached or damaged tags;
• incomplete items or items returned without required accessories or packaging; and
• items that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection where applicable.

Any product-specific exclusions communicated at the time of purchase will also apply.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact Client Services through the Adorsoin Online Boutique or email: services@adorsoin.com

Please provide your:

• order number;
• name used for the order;
• item(s) you wish to return;
• reason for the return or exchange; and
• requested exchange, including size or colour where applicable.

Once your request has been reviewed, Adorsoin will provide the applicable return instructions.

A return should not be shipped to Adorsoin before return instructions have been provided by our Client Services team.

All shipping costs associated with a return or exchange shall be borne by the client, except where Adorsoin confirms otherwise or where applicable law requires otherwise. Where a return or exchange shipping charge applies, the applicable amount will be communicated to the client in advance.

The shipping charge must be paid through the payment link provided by Adorsoin via email or, where available, through the Account section of the Online Boutique.

The return or exchange process will commence once the applicable shipping payment has been successfully received.

Returns should be shipped from the same country in which the order was delivered, unless otherwise instructed by Adorsoin.

Once the returned item is received, it will undergo an inspection by our team.

The inspection will confirm that the item satisfies the conditions of this Policy, including its condition, tags, packaging and completeness.

An exchange will only be processed once the returned item has been approved.

If the returned item does not meet the required conditions, Adorsoin may decline the exchange and contact the client regarding the next steps.

Eligible items may be exchanged for an available item of the same order, subject to product availability.

Exchange requests may be made for an alternative size or colour, where available.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, Client Services will contact the client with the available options.

Unless otherwise agreed by Adorsoin, an item may be exchanged once only.

Any difference in price arising from an approved exchange will be communicated to the client before the exchange is processed.

In the unlikely event that an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact Client Services promptly at: services@adorsoin.com

Please provide clear photographic and video evidence of:

• the item received;
• the relevant area of damage or defect;
• the product tags and labels; and
• the external and internal packaging, where relevant.

The submitted information will be reviewed by our team for inspection and assessment.

Where Adorsoin establishes that an item has been delivered damaged, defective or incorrectly, our Client Services team will contact the client with the appropriate resolution and next steps, including whether the item is eligible for an exchange or another remedy available under applicable law.

Clients should not return a damaged, defective or incorrect item until instructions have been provided by Adorsoin.

If you believe you have received a size different from the size ordered, please contact Client Services promptly at services@adorsoin.com.

The item should remain unworn, unused and in its original condition while the matter is reviewed.

Where an incorrect item has been confirmed as an Adorsoin fulfilment error, Client Services will provide the applicable return and resolution instructions.

Items specifically identified as Final Sale, personalised, customised or altered pieces are not eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise required by applicable law or where the item is established to be defective or incorrectly supplied.

Any special return conditions applicable to a particular product will be communicated on the relevant product page or at checkout.

An exchange is always subject to availability.

Because certain Adorsoin creations may be produced in limited quantities, a replacement size, colour or style may not be available when the returned item is received.

Where the requested replacement is unavailable, our Client Services team will contact the client regarding the available options.

For international orders, the client is responsible for complying with the applicable return instructions and any customs or shipping requirements associated with sending the item back to Adorsoin.

Any duties, taxes, customs charges or other costs associated with an international return or exchange shall be the responsibility of the client unless otherwise required by applicable law or confirmed by Adorsoin.

Adorsoin cannot be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, incorrect documentation or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

This Policy describes Adorsoin's standard commercial returns and exchanges process.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or replace any mandatory rights or remedies that may apply to a consumer under the laws of the country or jurisdiction in which the order was delivered.

Where applicable law provides a mandatory right to cancel, return, refund, repair, replace or other remedy, those rights will apply in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
