Orders
Adorsoin takes care to present each creation with accurate product descriptions, imagery, measurements, composition and other relevant information.
Due to differences in screen settings, lighting, photography and the inherent characteristics of fabrics and artisanal construction, subtle variations in colour, texture, surface appearance, drape, finish and detailing may occur.
Such variations are not necessarily considered defects where they are consistent with the natural character of the fabric or craftsmanship.
Product measurements may also vary within reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
Adorsoin reserves the right, where appropriate, to:
- Modify product descriptions or specifications;
- Correct typographical or pricing errors;
- Update product availability;
- Discontinue a product;
- Limit quantities available for purchase; or
- Restrict the sale of a product to particular destinations.
Product availability displayed on the Online Boutique is not a guarantee that a product will remain available until an order is completed.
Prices & payment
Prices displayed on the Online Boutique are shown in the applicable currency selected for your market.
Unless otherwise stated:
- The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at checkout;
- Prices may change from time to time, but a change will not affect an order that has already been accepted;
- Applicable taxes, duties and charges may vary according to the destination and applicable law; and
- Import duties, customs charges, local taxes or other destination-specific charges may be payable by the customer unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
Where customs duties or import charges are not included in the purchase price, these remain the responsibility of the customer.
Adorsoin is not responsible for delays arising from customs clearance, import procedures or actions of local authorities.
Products displayed on the Online Boutique constitute an invitation to purchase and are subject to availability.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products in accordance with these Terms.
After an order is placed, Adorsoin will send an acknowledgement confirming receipt of your order.
Receipt of an order acknowledgement does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the order.
An order will be accepted when Adorsoin confirms the order for processing and, where applicable, dispatches the products.
Adorsoin reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where permitted by applicable law, including where:
- A product is unavailable;
- There is an apparent pricing, description or technical error;
- Payment cannot be successfully authorised;
- Information supplied by the customer is incomplete or inaccurate;
- There are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or unlawful activity;
- The order appears to have been placed in breach of these Terms; or
- A legal, regulatory, customs or other legitimate restriction prevents fulfilment.
If Adorsoin cancels an order after payment has been received, any amount legally due to the customer will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the cancellation.
Before completing your purchase, please carefully review:
- Product selection;
- Colour;
- Size;
- Quantity;
- Delivery address;
- Billing information; and
- Applicable delivery charges and taxes.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted at checkout is accurate.
Where permitted by applicable law and our fulfilment process, Adorsoin may contact you if clarification is required before an order can be processed.
Adorsoin accepts secure online payments through the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Payments may include major credit cards, debit cards and other authorised digital payment methods available in your market.
Transactions are processed through authorised third-party payment providers.
Adorsoin does not ordinarily access or retain complete payment-card details.
By submitting an order, you authorise the applicable payment provider to process the payment associated with your purchase.
If payment cannot be authorised or is subsequently declined, Adorsoin may be unable to process or fulfil the order.
Adorsoin offers international delivery to selected destinations, including India, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United Arab Emirates, Japan and other destinations made available at checkout.
Delivery estimates displayed on the Online Boutique are indicative and may vary due to:
- Customs clearance;
- Import procedures;
- Carrier operations;
- Weather or natural events;
- Government restrictions;
- International logistics disruptions;
- Address-related issues; or
- Other circumstances beyond Adorsoin's reasonable control.
The applicable shipping method, estimated delivery period and charges will be presented during the purchase process where available.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, customs duties, import taxes and destination-specific charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
For further information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise, responsibility for the products passes in accordance with the applicable delivery and consumer laws governing the transaction.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
If delivery is unsuccessful because incorrect or incomplete information has been supplied by the customer, additional delivery or return costs may apply where permitted by applicable law.
Adorsoin will work with its delivery partners to resolve reasonable delivery issues and provide appropriate assistance.
Returns & rights
Returns and exchanges are governed by Adorsoin's Return & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Our general policy provides that eligible items may be returned within the specified period and may qualify for an exchange subject to the applicable conditions.
Items must generally be:
- Unworn;
- Unused;
- Unwashed;
- Undamaged;
- In their original condition;
- Accompanied by all original tags; and
- Returned with the original packaging where required.
Certain products, including altered, personalised or final-sale items, may be excluded from return or exchange where permitted by applicable law and as identified at the time of purchase.
Exchange-Only Policy
Adorsoin's commercial policy is that eligible purchases are exchanged rather than refunded, subject always to mandatory consumer rights applicable to the relevant customer and transaction.
Nothing in these Terms or our Return & Exchange Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or override a statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
For customers in jurisdictions providing a mandatory statutory right of withdrawal, refund, replacement, repair, price reduction or other remedy, those rights will continue to apply to the extent required by law.
Adorsoin takes care to maintain high standards of garment construction, quality control and finishing.
If a product arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the product ordered, please contact Client Services promptly and provide the requested information, including clear photographs and video evidence where appropriate.
The product may be subject to internal inspection and assessment.
Where a manufacturing defect, delivery damage or fulfilment error is established, Adorsoin will communicate the appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law and our Return & Exchange Policy.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory statutory rights relating to defective, faulty or misdescribed goods.
Once an order has been successfully placed, Adorsoin's commercial policy does not ordinarily permit customer-initiated cancellation.
However, this policy is subject to mandatory consumer rights applicable to the transaction and destination.
For customers in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights may apply to online purchases, subject to applicable exceptions. Ordinary online consumer purchases may carry a 14-day withdrawal period, while certain categories such as clearly personalised or made-to-order goods may be exempt under applicable law.
Where a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right applies, it will take precedence over any conflicting provision of these Terms.
Adorsion's standard commercial policy is that eligible purchases are offered for exchange rather than refund, subject to the conditions of our Return & Exchange Policy.
This commercial policy does not exclude, restrict or override any refund or other remedy that may be required under applicable consumer-protection or other mandatory law.
Where a refund is legally required, it will be processed in accordance with the applicable law, the circumstances of the transaction and the applicable payment method.
Nothing in these Terms or our Return & Exchange Policy is intended to limit any statutory rights available to you under the laws applicable to your purchase.
For further information, please refer to the Return & Exchange Policy.
